We are the core team from Stroke 90:10, an exciting improvement collaborative which is happening in the North West of England to improve in-patient care for stroke patients.
We are running a Breakthrough Series Collaborative with 29 teams from across the NorthWest. At learning session 2 we will be launching our Blog and we wanted to test this first posting today.
